My collectors from 'Marys Marmeladen' put me in a glass jar, preserving my healing power by doing so. Which reduces acidity in the body and compliments the taste experience. As a real Mittenwalder who suns himself in local forest clearings and mixes with fresh herbal friends. My favourites are juniper and spruce and they define my hearty flavour.
